Fully agree with above poster. TW2 has some of the best enviroments I have seen in an rpg since gothic 3 and morrowind. Only slightly dissapointed how most caves in this game were linked to quest with no real sense of exploration being rewarded.
To the poster above defending second chance here is my take. I do agree the game takes skill like any game, but i also think second chance is a game breaker. You are correct in saying not everyone in real life scenarios dies in one hit. However. I am willing to bet if I pump rounds into a guy...
