Your temps are fine, I don't understand why your sweating when your card is perfectly normal. During normal gaming your fan speed never went above 37%. Just enjoy your card and stop worrying.

Sorry for your bad luck, I've had many ATI/AMD cards and have yet to have any issues.

I've yet to replace any on my desktop or laptop. I wouldn't say its a must by any stretch. But for some people, i'd agree its a good idea.

Those were fantastic coolers at the time. I dumped mine years ago though, don't see the point in keeping things that I don't use.
