They are legit. I bought a board and cpu off them before, items were in stock and great service. They are also one of the few places you can get exempt for tax if you're in Cali.
Did you apply some pressure for a few seconds when putting them on? Those Enzotech's ramsink have really good thermal tape on it (3M), but you need to hold it for 30 seconds with some pressure to let it stick. I just recently took mine off and nearly bent all the pins from trying to nudge it...

I have not seen it anywhere else for less than $400. This is the 3 platter and arguably fastest 1TB out right now.

If you're still set on a 17", have you considered the Sager 9261's little brother, the 5791? It packs plenty of power, high resolution, and still use mobile cpu so it should save you some battery life compared to the 9261...
I noticed there are a few TN's panels out there with glossy finish such as Sammy 245BW and HP W2408. But there seems to be none for VA panel? Personally I can't stand color shifting and even with glossy finish on TN's are nice but that color shifting annoys me. And since VA is right in between...
I had 7541a amp before too, it's pretty good for running 2 pair of components or if you wanna bridge it for a small sub. I like how the channel is divided unlike a lot of other component amps only 75W x 4.

I believe it. Fry's has a lot of return for cpu and either they end up being sold as oem or get send back for repackage as retail. I once bought a week 24 E6600 from Fry's and the box said like 11/31/06. Since week 24 was one of the first if not first to release, it didnt seem right it had such...
I dont think it's worth the money. There are plenty of sticks that can run this speed. One of the best one at budget is the Crucial Ballistix 8000. It can run cas3 at 800, cas4 at 1200, and max out on cas5 at 1300. They just raised the price $30, but before you could have pick up 4gb of this...
I think the Asus G1 has the best balance for a labtop that size. The only thing I'm not too fond of is the green stuff on there and also no Express Card slot. I'm really considering this for a school labtop tho.

My last 4 GTS's all did 650-680 with no problems. And 3 GTX's did about the same. Those were all black pcb's cards. Unless they started binning them with the green pcb, I think buying these factory oc card is the biggest marketing gimmick. The only way I'll ever buy one of these is if they...
I bought the M12-700 and I end up returning it and got the Corsair. There wasn't anything wrong with it but I just like the cables on the Corsair better. Since it's made by Seasonic, there was no noticeable difference on voltage regulation between the two, almost exactly the same as matter of...

he needs a cpuz shot with Orthos running at the same time, not stopped. Anybody can boot 4ghz, clockgen lower, run Orthos 24 hours, then clockgen back to 4ghz. Orthos will still show 4ghz as the stable run.
Doesnt the psu fan face opposite of each other once install? If so, you could just make a small mesh window on both side panels for it to breathe better.
Man I dont believe that crap PC P&C is trying to feed. If you think about it everything you plug in your pc is already modular. I'm talking about 4 pin molexes daisy chain, 6pin pci-e connectors, and 24 pin power plug. So now by having it on both ends, suddenly it will burn and corrode? Yea okay...
My loop is about 8 months here. But I do change stuff out all the time, maintenence is more for aesthetics reason than actually needed. Like tubings and cleaning the dust off the radiator etc..After working with different types of coolant, I'm using just pure distilled water from now on. It...
lol you did good, i wouldnt buy it for that much anyway. I'd wait for abit/dfi to come out with their 680i board, screw asus with their pricing atm. And dont think you're paying top dollar and you will get top service. The same thing happened to the P5W when it came out, it was sold out...
My favorite one so far is the Logitech MX 3100. I've had it for over a year and half and changed the battery once on the keyboard. It works great, no problem whatsoever. However, I believe the model is discontinued, and its replacement is the MX3200. I actually just ordered the MX3200 myself...
Does the t-balancer allow 0-12V adjustment on the fan especially high power one like Sanyo Denkis? And if so, does it makes a humming electric noise when at low volt? I had one of these auto fan controller and it had this problem. Although I love the looks of it, the noise is very annoying.
IMO x6800 is a waste if you dont have phase. The multi is just going to help ease up on the ram or fsb wall, but your oc will hit about the same limit as an e6600. So no I wouldnt replace it unless it was given to me or cost about the same as an e6600. I might even skip kentsfield and wait for...
