They are wierd fans tbh, the front fans on a PC-65 don't seem to draw in much air at all.

jack_r: Because they still perform well, go check out the reviews on Adandtech. Lower response time is not the only thing that makes them better, many of the low response time monitors have 6-bit panels which can result in poor colour representation.

I'm also being heavily swung towards a Samsung SyncMaster 193P which I can get for £510 which is about £200 cheaper than the other monitors I have considered. This panel has had some great reviews.

For a pre-mod it isn't actually that bad. It could look pretty sweet if you did the right things to it.

I wouldn't even dream of using air for it, I know people who run 50 idle with top of the range heatsinks with these chips. Not worth the trouble.
