I just got my 37w3 on Saturday and hooked it up to my laptop through VGA but I can't get the color right. It seems like the whites are super bright and drowns out most of the other colors no matter how low i set the backlight or brightness. My screen came with firmware 1.0. Any advice guys...

Both of those places have horrible ratings.

Lots of people getting it from www.jr.com, they have it for less than $1200, haven't really heard a bad comment about them yet.

I guess i'll be getting the 37" to avoid problems and so it will be a little easier on the eyes so i can use it as a monitor also.

Sorry if this has been asked before but i didn't want to read through this huge thread. Why are people still getting this if the 42" Westinghouse model with the same specs is the same price?

Does anyone know a good brand 19" LCD that has a "glossy" screen? Sony LCD's and laptops have them. I know I've seen it somewhere before I jsut cant remember. My price range is around $200 can someone help me out?

That's actually a T5 in the picture not a T7.

I got it off notebookforums. You can get Pentium M's really cheap on there and on ebay sometimes. I've seen a 730 sell for only $50. I guess I paid more for the hardrive, I just forgot how much I paid for it because I bought it such a long time ago.

What are you using to mount the chipset on the board and what did you use to cut the heatsink? If you want more performance I guess you could add a low rpm fan on the side of that cooler.

That's probably not why the removed it. I don't think they sell very many x850's now anyways with the new ati cards coming out soon and the 7800 series performing better than the x850s at the same price.
