A few days ago I loaded Warcraft III The Frozen Throne like I always do and after signing into Battle.Net my game was patched to the latest version. Since then I've had nothing but issues with the game (Let me explain in greater detail). The original error message I received was the following: "...

I've been looking at this case for the last few days, and I'm looking at it for a replacement to my Raidmax Ninja case. Many of the reviews on the Internet regarding this case have been quite positive; however I was wandering...
I have a $150 gift card that I want to blow on a new motherboard and processor. I will migrate my remaining parts to complete my system. I plan on using this system for heavy video encoding, backing up my DVD library, and some gaming. I want to order these parts tomorrow so I need some feedback...

This motherboard just surfaced on Newegg today. I was debating buying one and running my two aging 6800GS video cards in SLI mode. I have an old Pentium D 940 I could drop in there as well. I wonder if these boards will have the...
I'm currently looking at these two motherboards for an upcoming Intel build. The Foxconn Mars is more then likely the better overclocker of the two, but with the Platinum Combo's added 2x DDR3 slots it the Platinum Combo seems to have better value for the money, and not to mention the Platinum...
I currently have a Pentium D 940 (3.2GHz 65nm Presler) that's virtually new (been installed once although I've never used it in a "running" system. I'm looking at picking up the Foxconn Mars Motherboard; however I was wandering should I just keep my Pentium D 940 or just grab an inexpensive...
What's the best way to "clean" a computer with the least amount of hassle? I've tried using a can of compressed air, but the smell bothers me (I used it outdoors) and all it really does is blow the dust around instead of removing it. I could use a vacuum cleaner although wouldn't that cause a...
I plan on upgrading my current rig after the holiday and I'm trying to decide between these two motherboards.

I plan on pairing one of these boards with a...
The power switch on the front of my Raidmax Ninja seems to be DOA. I have the connecter connected to the motherboard, but it simply refuses to work. I checked and rechecked the front panel layout in my motherboard manual and all of the wires are in their correct places. What are my options here?
I have a Sony DVD-Rom DDU1612 optical drive, and when I try to play a DVD PowerDVD 5locks up altogether. The firmware version is 5.1.2535.0. What could be causing this, and what are my options?
I've had a Pentium 4 530J since January 2005, and one time I applied too much thermal compound which caused the compound to get onto the bottom of the chip. Will the bottom of the chip be damaged if I cleaned the silver off of the chips underbelly? I recently looked at the bottom of the chip and...
Well, what's the verdict on this case? The consturction looks amazing as websites rave about its solid construction and cooling; however it could be a little roomier inside. I'm looking for a new case to replace my old Raidmax Sagitta.

The physical dimensions of the case are 18"x8"x17" (DxWxH) Based on the dimensions will this card fit? If not the 8800GTX, what about the 8800GTS?
Two more 650i motherboards to choose from, and here they are:

The ECS is great at stock speeds and can handle some...
My girlfriend has a Raidmax O2 case (Pink) and I was thinking of drilling holes on the side of the case and mounting four 120mm fans for additional cooling. What types of tools will I need to drill simple holes for mounting fans? Lastly, is there anyway I can add filters to the already...
Here's yet another value chassis from Raidmax. The same format as the Katana, yet not as ugly.

I'm going to replace my girlfriends stock Raidmax PSU with a more beefy one, and I wanted to sleeve the cables to make it look more professional. Anyone know where I can some cable sleeves for my Raidmax PSU?
Well, another 650i motherboard has surfaced on Newegg. I may end up getting one of these babies. It looks like I've found a new home for my 6800GS's :-)
I'm looking to get into Linux, and I was leaning toward building a Linux computer; however given the mass number of Linux distributions this could be quite the daunting task. I realize that the newer the Linux distribution the greater support there is in terms of components. Well, with that been...
I'm just looking for a cheap case that I plan on using for a file server. It doesn't need to be anything fancy, it just has to hold my components. Any suggetions?
Perhaps it's the luck of the draw, but it seems when I've been using standoffs and screws lately that not all of the screws want to behave in the manner in which they should. For example, I have nine screws which are all the same thread length and look alike; however when I attempt to install my...
I'm looking to upgrade my CPU and I was thinking of replacing my X2 3800+ with an FX-62 considering the price has fallen. Newegg currently has an OEM FX-62 for $525 and I was thinking of pulling the trigger on it in the near future. I'm not going to be overclocking much I just want a faster CPU...
I've just finished reading Anandtech's article about the Foxconn P965 motherboard and I noticed that Anandtech had used Geil 64000 ram in their testbed. I took it upon myself to search for the ram they used in their testbed on newegg; however I located the GX22GB64UDP instead of the GX22GB64PDC...
I've been reading a bevy of reviews on this case, yet I cannot seem to make up my mind. I'd like to have a [H] readers opinion regarding the Aguila before I pull the trigger. Based on what I've read this case seems like a great at the $120 pricepoint.
Looks like a cheap version of Thermaltakes "Armor" series. I've owned serveral Raidmax cases (Cobra, X1, Sagitta) and they are all great value cases.
Katana
This motherboard is manufactured by Foxconn, but of course uses an ECS BIOS. Has anyone tried this motherboard yet? If so does this motherboard enjoy the same overclocking success as the other 680i chipset motherboards?
I have a 530J sitting on my desk and I need a cheap motherboard for it. I don't plan on overclocking, but SLI would be a nice feature if its possible at this low price point.
Although I love my little Raidmax Sagitta I think it's time to consider getting a new case with more space. My budget is around $100-$150 and I'll welcome any and all suggestions.
Newegg now has Xeon processors listed on their site based on the "Conroe" core. Has anyone tried one of these yet, and if so what was your overclocking experience like?
What would be the better buy to pair with a P965 motherboard? DDR2 1066 w/ 5-5-515 timings or DD2 800 with 3-3-3-8 timings? The two memory kits that I'm looking at are as follows:
Corsair Dominator DD2 1066 5-5-5-15 $388
GeIL DD2 800 3-3-3-8 $449
Once again, which kit would be the best to...
