alright i found all of the timing settings. I know my ram should be set to 2.5 CAS, but have no clue what the other setting should be set to.
Such as, Bank Interleave, Percentage to Active (TRP), Trans Non-DDR400/DDR00, Active to CMD (Trcd)
Also, the burst length, queue depth, and command rate.
OK are the Memory timings the same thing as the DRAM Clock Frequency (MHz). Because it was set on Auto. Another question, is it ok to have 1 DDR 333 and 1 DDR 400 stick in the same mobo, or must they be same speed?
Im going to try putting in the ram again and setting it to DDR333. PRAY THIS...
OK, this may sound noobish, but I have been looking for memory timings and have seen nothing in the BIOS for the Gigabyte mobo. Where are they located, how do u change them?
OK, so about 2 months ago my computer crashes, keeps stalling and rebooting during loading of OS, getting every BSOD known to man. I try re installing XP, fails a bunch of times, come to conclusion it was bad ram after swapping out my 512mb 2700 ddr crucial with some DDR 400 256 ram, which...

Hey im looking for a solide 12 inch laptop thats no more than like 1350 about.
Any ideas?
Also I know this part should be in Apple forum but any1 know when a new viersion of iBook/PowerBook comes out?
Yea but will a 2.1 system really take advantage of that kind of sound card? I mean if im not getting a 5.1 or higher system, no sense in getting a 7.1 decocded sound card right?
The only thing I could think would be to check memory timings in BIOS, might be bad memory, heat issues, or just unstable seystem. Is your PSU voltages in BIOS correct?
Ok i have a creative 5.1 gamer now, are there any sound cards out now that would make a noticable difference in sound if i were to get a new 2.1 sound system.
I currently have a cambridge sounworks 5.1 system but i dont know if they are just worn out, or were never good to begin with but the...

All i know is that it is not the...
It allows you to see how much power is being used, so if there is a component not getting enough power, such as hard drive or cpu, thats could be the problem but i dont think it is.
My computer need like 320, and i have a 350 watt PSU.
I am looking to get a shuttle barebone......

Its either cpu, or mobo...is...
by cleaning themmmm...u mean jus spray em down wit some compressed air?
could it be a bad ide connector on mobo?
But first ill try installing WinME and upgrading to xp.
Ahhh Ive had this exact problem before. I remember runnign some sort of diagnostic, prob Norton. I think i remeber jus restarting and it fixing itself.
Quite possibly a virus but I doubt it. Look it up in microsoft support.
I tried again, didnt switch out anything, but i got this error saying STOP 0x00000050.
According to mircosoft support page it involves the Udfs.sys file.
Does this have to do with cd rom?
AHHHHHHH THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS!
I VE BEEN TRYING TO FIX MY COMPUTER FOR A WEEK NOW!!!!!!
ummm guys, any ideas yet?
Now i just got a bad pool cllaer error while copying files....

Is it cpu?
I already RMA'd my ram so thats not the issue.
