I've got a simliar setup and the game runs pretty well with all but textures and lighting set to high. Make sur eyou have the latest nVidia drivers that came with the game. Using the setup in the sig I get between 40-60fps.
As a BF1942 player I must say BF2 is a giant leap forward. The game is very enjoyable but is not without its flaws that hopefully will be patched soon by Dice. All and all, if your system can handle it, the game is extremely worth the purchase.

I have everything except textures and light set at "high." No AA. Res is set to 1152x852.
Fraps reports a framerate of 40-60fps. No problems with studdering and the game plays smoothly.

They system crashed and filled the screen with binary, afterwards it refused to turn on. By some grace of god all was well in the morning with no after effects.
