The interface doesnt really matter very much if you cannot upgrade the vidcard. I dont know if it is possible or not and if MSI will offer an upgrade at any time.

That is kind of weird they have no chipset drivers listed for several models. I couldnt believe that Windows has the most updated chipset drivers. If you can figure out the ODM (Clevo/Asus/Uniwill/etc.) for that particular model you may be able to get the drivers from the ODM website instead...

There are too few notebooks that you can upgrade graphics on an the choices are limited on those that can be upgraded. Almost all laptops out there you can upgrade CPU/RAM on. I would say the video is more important IMO. Choice 1 for sure if you are going to be gaming.

Dell does provide the OS disks still but you have to pay $10. I have seen plenty of stories of people pestering the hell out of them and getting it for free. Good luck.

It will be a fun laptop. The screens on those are fantastic normally. Its more of a multimedia machine. You should be able to do some gaming with that 6600 but its not going to blow you away. For everything else though it should be great.
