Yeah, my wife's not so happy about that--but that's also why I was able to get such a good deal--the guy I bought from selling it because he was building it as an entertainment system and his wife wouldn't let him keep it in the living room.

OK I need to tap the recesses of memory for an old school suggestion (meaning Pentium III or Socket A--read cheap) mobo that has IDE RAID and a fast ethernet connection to replace my SuperMicro 370SSR mobo in my Maxattach 4100 NAS. So it needs to fit in a 1U case. Anybody remember such a beast?

I did send them a .dxf format like they requested. I used CadStd Lite to do that--it was one of the few free CAD programs that I found that I could use. Give that a shot. I think you'll probably be able to pick it up pretty easy...

Check out Laser Precision Cutting. They cut two designs into both of my case sides for $75. Very reasonable and they do excellent work.
