I want to redirect http://webmail.domain.com to https://webmail.domain.com
I've tried a custom 403.4 script, but it just loops and goes nowhere.

Or has everybody gone the PC route? That's all of the discussion I can find from non blocked at work sites. Whining about the consolization of ME2.
I was planning on getting this for the 360 as I have a 100" screen to play on :)
I game at 1080P and am looking for the best bang/buck at that res. I'm not into most new games, and believe that I'd benefit most just by going to 1gb of vram (over my current 512) with faster shaders as I'm a flight sim (FSX mostly) guy and not a FPS guy. Generally I'm cpu bound.
Budget is...
We have a need to bulk rename about 200 XP PCs.
The Windows hostname and DNS names do not match up. The DNS names are longer and need to be truncated.
We've started by sending out techs to each PC and having them do a manual rename- a nightmare.
I want to script it, but am not having much...
Win 7 is not an option until a total new build (likely after I7 goes EOL no less- 5 year cycles for me) or another half price coupon comes along.
I'm reformatting (backing up is a royal pain) and I'm legal for either OS. this PC is mostly a gamer with some light video editing in Pinnacle...
We have server 2003 domain. If I do a net time /set command it tries to set the time to a member server (not DC) that differs from the server defined if I do a net time /setsntp:time.domain.com If I do a net time /querysntp the correct server (time.domain.com) is returned.
This even happens...
I'm used to doing SQL queries in NDS and have fairly recently moved to Windows. I'm really just learning Windows (Servfer 2008, but we ahve 2003 deployed)
I want ot do a powershell (or if really needed vbscript) script to return all objects in a specified OU that are members of a specific AD...
Is the upgrade worth it? That is at $170.
Or benches that compare the two. I know it's old data :) But I'm not in the market for a full up computer for another 3 years.
I'm not looking to replace my system, but I am looking for a faster CPU. Is there a good bang/buck upgrade for my q6600?
I've never quite been able to hit 3.0 on it- but I am using the stock cooler (before you start, I know, stock cooler sucks- I just never invested in an aftermarket one-...
This'll be a general use with a good amount of gaming. I'm not an FPS gamer (except for Tribes2) Mostly flight sims and strategy games.
What's a good bang for the buck LCD?
I'd rather have a fairly solid display at a good price. VGA and DVI. HDMI is optional.
I'm using a crt now and...
Well yeah, it does suck, but it is fun to mess with.
I am what's bad on the internet...
I created a rather nasty, short, fat girl and was the life of the party at the uncharted bar :)
Nothing nasty, cruel or offensive- it is a 'family' area after all, but we were on the floor laughing...
I'm coming form a Novell world where I can apply multiple logon scripts to an object easliy.
Is it possible and/or smart to nest batch scripts?
We only use the scripts to map drives-
net use H: \\domain\share\Legal\Home\%username% /persistent:yes /yes
But I have groups that are...
I had an issue where text in FSX was garbled or otherwise unreadable.
This appears fixed in the cat 8.9's. It's bolder and more contrasty than ever- in a good way. Even when not garbled in teh past, it was faint and unreadable.
Our bug submissions actually mean something :) as I submitted...
This has held true in numerous drivers with my 3870, but text with AF enabled is usually (but not always) garbled or blocky and unreadable. This includes on screen test (ATC window) or the alt menu. Seems worst at night or dawn/dusk.
Any suggestions?
I just picked up the first Saint's Row. Sure I'm late to the party (and it'll take me forever to finish), but I've seen enough to let me know that It's good, and fun.
IS thre such a thing?
I have a sweet C class blade system with no storatge- just the onboard drives for storage (don't ask)
Until I have access to the Clariion or Symmetrix (again, don't ask... storage is so screwed up right now) I need something cheap and simple for storage- performance...

Yep our old friend :)
I get this when not in safe mode (safe mode is fine BTW) where on boot, I get the installing new hardware popup even though no new hardware has been installed or otherwise changed. After a few moments, the screen corrupts, and I get the BSOD stop error.
OK I know it's...
We're looking for an imaging solution.
It has to be able to do desktops (no brainer) via multicasting, but not pxe- the network group has disabled PXE, and we can't get it changed. Boot floppy or other is fine.
We also need ot eb able to image CF cards for an embedded solution. We have...
I'm having a situation where my wireless controller is just running away in XMB- constant up and down cycling with a mind of it's own.
I have to research more, but I confident that it i snot my BT remote- I've pulled the batteries out of it and the issue persists. It's a new issue that has...
Easy to use with a DV Cam. Preferably one that can take advantage of a 64bit OS, but clearly not mandatory. And reasonably priced- no Avid :)
I'm not looking ofr incredible sophistication, but one that works well and can do titles, audio tracking (maybe music tracks) and editing. Probably...
and it's new. not refurbed. Date of mfg is Feb 2008!
I did not expect that. I expected somebodies old repaired system. Unless there are so many broken ones that some of us are getting new ones due to volume- repairs just can't keep up.
I'll assume this is a Falcon- but no HDMI... I...
I'm not a Windows guy (yet)
We want to lock out users to the console in terminal services. Is it as simple as making sure that they are not members of the administrators group? We still want them to be able to login to RDP sessions and install apps etc. Just not access the console session or...
I'm not looking for anything extreme- or expensive :)
Case is an Antec P180 and I'm not looking for much more than 3.0 ghz.
Other than that what's typically safe with the retail cooler?
Any info as to the performance bump- not guesses. There seems to be just enough info trickling out about Q9450 allocations to begin to make this less than appealing.
You might be able to find tray/OEM chips This month. Maybe. IT sounds like the 45nm chips are really in tight supply. E8400's...
Any good resources for classroom training on Server 2008 (Yeah, I know it's that new) and Exchange 2007 and probably SMS?
New Horizons in Boston only seems to show beta courses. I need this for the RTM and real world stuff. Ti does not need to be particularly fast. We'll be a while before the...
I am building this to spec for another department- we did not spec hardware or otherwise, I'm just configuring it.
I have 2 servers connected to an HP MSA 500 via SCSI. I can see the raid array on the MSA from both servers. However if I create a drive on one of the servers, the other does not...

As a bridge to the Q9450. I have most parts sitting around save for cpu and video. I plan on stock cooling.
My A64 3200 is killing me right now. I don't even care if its a celeron- just to get running as inexpensively as possible. I don't even know if my mobo requires the bios update to run...
Title is totally mispelled
I'm looking at a $250 or so Price point for a new build.
The 3870 and 8800GT are the front runners. I'm primarily a flight simmer- mostly FSX.
I'm looking for a good comparison of the two. Right now I run a CRT mostly at 1280x1024- up to 1200x1600, but I foresee the...
Both are OCZ memory for a Abit IP35 Pro, no planned OC with a Q9450.
OCZ2P8004GQ
OCZ2P8004GK
Both are Platinum series 4GB kits (2x2GB). On the OCZ website the GK sounds like it's more of an enthusiasts memory, but that's marketing spin :)
Thanks
We've heard January so far, is that still expected to be true? I'm drooling over the Q9450 for a Holiday build, but if it's going to be much later than January I might get really impatient and go for the Q6600 instead, which is NOT my first choice. If it's simply Q1, then I suspect I'll be...
That's what's coming to me at the holidays. The Mobo for certain, and that's my planned cpu. Is decent DDR2 800 the way to go? I'm quite sure that's the fastest ram it'll support anyhow, even with the faster FSB.
TIA
