You've got to be kidding me lol. Wow I feel stupid now, I will have to give it another try. I did try to connect to one server and it crashed to desktop so I assumed it was the patch or something I will try another server and see how it goes.
It's been a while since I had played bf2, so I still hadn't installed the 1.3 patch. I downloaded the incremental patch and installed it. So I loaded up the game and it says I have version 1.1.2xxxxx or something weird like that. So I completely uninstalled bf2, then reinstalled it. I then...
Can they do that? I mean I would have thought that Nintendo would have had some kind of copyright or something on that style of controller with motion sensing, because that is like the main selling point of thier system.
I voted SNES, first console I ever owned. Really got me into gaming. Close second place was N64, I spent sooo many hours playing all the great games on the N64.
Just got done playing through the single player and like an hour of mp. I'm impressed. I think some places have it for 30 bucks tomorrow. Might pick it up.
Wow, that looks worse than quake3 lol. Personally I would rather have the fps dip at times than have the game look like that. But to each his own I guess, if you play competitively or something I guess I could see that being useful.
Spilled a bunch of water on my logitech elite keybaord. Most of the keys still work, but some letters refuse to be capitalized with the right shift key.
I can play @ 1600x1200 2xaa and mix of mostly medium settings and a few things on high. Not sure what the exact framerate is, haven't checked but it's smooth and playable IMO. This is with the rig in my sig, which is starting to get fairly weak compared to some of the new tech out now. Like...
After I spilled a big glass of water on my logitech elite keyboard it was doing that. I let it dry out for a few days and now it works again. The only problem is that now some keys can't be capatalized with the left shift key. They work with the right shift key though. So maybe just leave it...
Just got done playing for an hour or so. Really fun. I'ts just really hard to find a server that isn't full right now. Runs great on my system in sig @ 1600x1200 w/ 2xaa 8xaf and hdr on runs around 40-50fps.
The game looks good, I just hope they spent more time making the gameplay as fun as perfect dark on the n64.
Edit: I will probably buy it if I have an xbox360. Not sure if I will buy one at this point. If i win one at every10minutes.com that would be nice.

There is a pretty good guide that should help you there. If you have a friend who is good with computers or has built one before if they can be there and help you through it that is very nice. I had a very knowledgable friend help me with my first build and it went...
Hmm, I clicked pre-load and it locked up on me. I restarted it and now whenever I click "Play Games" it freezes. Oh well....
Edit: Restarted steam a few more times and all is well now 80% preloaded. Unfortunately still gotta fork over 20 bucks since I bought the retail version of hl2.
Being 15 in Michigan got a lot worse  I've played violent video games since I was 6 or 7 years old and I am not a violent person. It's really sad how people expect the government to do everything now. Can't raise your kids? I'ts not your fault the government should take care of it...
Sucks that the demo is single player only. Was hoping to play some ao3 multiplayer. Other than that seems pretty fun. Not too difficult to pick up if you played the other aoe games.
No, I don't think it does. It doesn't even support 6800's until it's atleast patched to1.2 and it wasn't really great till 1.3. So if you run 1.0 on a 6800 or 7800 you will get weird graphics and other weird black textures and stuff.
I think you have to go 1.1 -> 1.3 -> 1.32 and you will be all set. I am not 100% sure that that is correct but that is how I remember patching it. If im wrong someone can correct me.
