The MSI looks like a really good cooling card.
All of these seems like really good choices: MSI, Powercolor, or Gigabyte
they all have good reviews, quiet, and good temps. The Palit sonic is a little bit too expensive.
HIS ICEQ4 if you want to pay a premium is also a good option

ya I would expect Gigabyte to sell one soon since their 780G micro boards are hot sellers. Hopefully we get it by the end of the month, along with a Asus one.
I think it's a great price for a HD 4850 if you are not overclocking it and it's even much smaller and probably runs cooler.

I use a flat screw to push it in, one side is perfect the other I probably bent the outer fins oh well, it holds. Next time I am installing the fan first.

I was looking forward getting that card when it dropped around $250, now i'm thinking to wait.
The cooling does work but maybe the fan speed bios is messed up.
