When you encounter him for the very first time...i can't really remember the exact location but you are walking towards a door and the the door breaks open and the big armored guy comes out. When you kill him take his gun (this guy i went slow motion and popped him in the head with the...
What?
If you are asking whether or not the gt can do sli....well look at [H]ardOCP's main page and it shows a pair of gt's in sli. The review also tests 2 gts in sli...hope that answeres your question.
Well he did mention a 1 year interest credit card thing so he's probably planning to pay off the bill in increments. By that low resolution I assume he is talking about future games that would force a 6800U SLi setup to run well at such a resolution.
could be your hard drive is malfunctioning? If you have the time, back up all your important files and just delete your whole partition and reinstall everything from scratch. It could be a pesky peice of software messing with your system, or your hard drive could be messed up. Or try using...
Wow that video was totally sweet *drools*. I really liked how those guys were skydiving and dove into a vehicle and got on the vehicle...really impressive.
Goldeneye 64 (more specifically multiplayer Goldeneye on facility with mines enabled :D )
Counterstrike
I've played other games, but those are the two games, despite their age, that I find myself going back to.
IMO Valve isn't needed to develop a remake for the Original Half Life, because I think the Black Mesa Source team is already doing a good job. I think if Valve did remake HL1, it would only be as good as the modders. After all it wasn't Valve that created the most widely played fps...
I'd know I'm getting myself a PS3 for the one game I simply can't live without....DDR (and maybe some other titles too :p) !!! Damn it, I think it would be a revolution in itself if nintendo got konami to make ddr titles for their new console, or even the gamecube :D
Well i interpreted the glasses dude's saying this way. I always thought he was talking about Fettle. Remember how the whole batallion of highly trained, heavily armed and armored supersoldiers were psychicly linked to Fettle? Well since Fettle has complete control over these men, that 'would'...
no hack would buy this mouse rofl....spending so much money on a mouse you wont even use because youre gonna cheat anyway haha
woohoo a corded laser mouse! can't wait to see how this thing performs
Wow yeah this game really freaked me out and scared me too. But sometimes right before a scary sequence my computer would chug a little....wow nice warning system i have rofl time to get some more ram
the 7800GTX - correct me if im wrong- was optimised to better handle HDR, so it doesn't take as much of a performance hit as the 6800 series

I totally agree with your sentiments Hollman. No matter how many games I play that have the best graphics and the latest uber shaders, I still find myself playing Tetris :D Sometimes the simpler a game is, the more fun it is.......one of my all time favorite multiplayer games is tic-tac-toe :p
Has anyone seen this whole "raise weapon and aim through sights" schtick? I just got done playing with bots offline (maybe this is the reason?) and I didn't see any aiming through sights.
EDIT: errr never mind i just found out they aim through iron sights on the 3rd person view.....gg
dont u have to divide ur speed by 8 to get the actual speed? I have verizon adsl and my max download speed is 190 kBps so if u multiply that by 8 its roughly 1.5mbits/s download speed.
For the most life like game I would have to say Half Life 2. The combination of both graphics and physics made it more immersive. In that airboat level, looking at all the chaos being reflected in the water was just
Well I would compare this to how multiple processors on pcs don't give 2x the performance as only one. The multiple processors on the console would be utilized in the future so each core would handle separate things.

The first games on these...
Vin Diesel owns his own video game company, and Steven Spielberg is also a gamer. Food for thought hehe
Who said gaming was for nerds? (rhetorical question)
For the most part, I'm pretty skeptical about LH not having any security holes and such. However, there's one part of that article that made my mouth water, and that's the hybrid hard drives :p It's too bad the whole drive couldn't be flash technology, otherwise that thing would be wicked...
I didn't bring Americans into it, I"m just quoting the British :D
And while were on the subject of bad kids, isn't it quite odd that the lil brat is also playing a "violent video game" which is rated M for MATURE, and is also being allowed to play that type of game? Uh oh, teen violence...
Wait til the next-next gen console :)
About the kind of quality in the screenshots, the game it's from is PGR3...I doub't you would be able to notice such fine quality anyway while moving at 120mph trying to get some "kudos" points, unless you stopped to look, and by then you'd have already...
Bloody Americans :p
I really don't like how parents don't teach their kids discipline these days. Between 80 hour work weeks (or more), school, and laws that allow your kids to call the cops when you hit them so if you touch your kid he/she might call the cops and you might be charged for...
Are you sure PS 3.0 games are tuned for nVidia's acrhitecture? Or is nVidia's architecture tuned for PS 3.0 games? I recall reading something which said nVidia picked hundreds (or thousands) of shaders to be optimized on their latest hardware.
PGR3 on GameSpot
I'ts pretty amazing how much detail they put into PGR3, they even have some exits that I recognize when driving around New York like the FDR Drive  I wish they could have a track on PGR 3 that goes through all 5 boroughs, so when I get to queens I can go, "HEY I KNOW...
Forget that, just turn on dem h@cks lol :p
I totally agree that people use video games as a scape goat for bad parenting like gamers use lag as a scape goat for having no skill. I mean a parents wouldn't dare let their child see a rated R movie, but when it comes to a rated M for MATURE...
Well like with the inception of GPUs into the mainstream market, it's going to take a while and quite a few catalysts to get PPUs into the mainstream as well. However, I hope it does become integrated within another peripheral simply for space, I mean, I wouldn't want a dedicated AI-processing...
lol @ oregon trail
i could never beat that blasted game....someone always dies of dysentery or bad water or rotten meat....ALWAYS something i swear lol
Wow....for some reason my computer is unable to stream ANYTHING on windows media player. Whenever I try to play videos on gamespot, WMP says "connecting" for a split second before going to "ready". I try clicking the play button, yet the same thing happens. "Connecting" then "Ready" then...
